Thistle Roofing Services Ltd., a privately owned Company and member of The National Federation of Roofing Contractors Ltd., was established in March 1997 and specialises in industrial and commercial roofing and cladding projects on a national basis.

The Company consists of a relatively small but dedicated management team of the highest calibre, who are all recognised within the industry for their professionalism and integrity.

An in-house design and drafting facility utilising the latest AutoCAD software and working in close association with the external supply chain and internal estimating department, facilitates the production of cost effective and innovative roofing and cladding solutions, complimenting the on-site operations of the Company.

The extensive knowledge, expertise and professional reputation of the in-house facilities and departments, within the Industry, have been instrumental in achieving the success the Company currently enjoys.

The Company works efficiently and to the highest standards in both the new build and refurbishment markets and enjoys a varied client base, which includes a wide range of various sized Main Contractors, industrial Clients, Local Authorities and the Public Sector.

Safety is of paramount importance and a track record second to none is maintained by the preparation and issue of a job specific Construction Phase Health and Safety Plan for every project undertaken. Management representatives and operatives receive CITB training on a regular basis and on-site operations are monitored by an independent Health and Safety Consultancy, Messrs Temple Safety Ltd. Management representatives hold CSCS cards relevant to their position as do the majority of operatives employed in on-site operations. Those who do not are working towards the NVQ to obtain this status.

Thistle Roofing Services Ltd. is a recognised and approved contractor in the supply and installation of most forms of roof sheeting, including haltered and clip fix standing seam systems, gravity fed and siphonic rainwater drainage, architectural and traditional wall cladding, high performance bituminous felt and single ply membranes and partnering arrangements with reputable Manufacturers within the Industry supply chain, who offer clear and precise, long term product guarantees and warranties, affords our Clients, the reassurance required to place repeat business, on a regular basis.
